This is episode two of two about medias's career. medias was the quiet and talented youngster in a boisterous and busy California LAN scene. Quickly establishing his talents locally, it wouldn't be until 2003 until he could compete in his first big tournament as he was too young to attend the big CPL events in Texas. Flying over to France to compete in the first ESWC with Gamers-X and team-mate method, medias finish sixth and got his first taste of top competition. Forced to sit out the next two events, he played with zero Reality, a LAN team that featured future rival team-mates destructo and hanes, and they were able to famously defeat NoA, an international squad about to finish second at CPL Winter 2003! medias joined rival and got to his first CPL at Summer 2004. His team lost early but ran the lower bracket to an epic third place and almost finals appearance. At CPL Winter 2004 they would repeat the feat and again finish at the top placed North American side, taking third once more. For 2005 his team-mates went off to Korea, but he wasn't allowed to skip school and attend. The event arguably contributed to the team fracturing. CPL Summer 2005 was a smaller CPL, as it clashed with ESWC in Europe, and medias's GamerCo had method and DarK in their ranks as they made another run to third, though against much less stacked opposition. medias's career was coming to a close as no matter what he intended to enroll in college and leave gaming behind. There was one last run as he joined a new West coast super-team formed by boms which would be sponsored by Tylenol and go by Ouch! Gaming. They were able to battle Team3D there, but nobody beat Team3D in WCG qualifiers in this era. medias retired as a top talent in the region. In part two, medias discusses the gradual breakdown of GamerCo, playing with European talents, top NA players like kEEN and method, the what ifs of his career, getting screwed over by 3D at a WCG qualifier, not getting a lot of his prize money from his manager and his fondest memories of competing.
