We Tried To Make Hay. But The Weather Said NO! Welcome to Episode 41 of the Farming Simulator 25 Mega Farm series on the Judith Plains Montana 4X map! After the longest day on the Mega Farm, we finally get a slightly slower start — but the weather has other plans. Our grass field is still extremely wet at around 32% moisture, and we desperately need hay for the TMR mix and our dairy cows. After multiple rounds of tedding, some areas begin to dry, but then the rain returns... again! We rush to windrow and collect the crop with forage wagons before it gets even wetter. Then it even starts to snow! With the grass soaked again and the hay no longer forming properly, we have no choice but to collect everything as grass and send it to the fermenting silo to make silage instead. It’s another lesson in realistic farming, weather management, grass, hay, silage, tedding, windrowing, forage wagons, TMR production and dairy farming on the Judith Plains Montana 4X map.
