Emergency Sugarbeet Night Harvest. I Got The Date Wrong! Welcome to Episode 39 of the Farming Simulator 25 Mega Farm series on the Judith Plains Montana 4X map! I made a huge mistake with the sugarbeet harvest date. I thought our sugarbeets would only be ready in January, but while working the alfalfa, clover and grass fields in heavy rain, I discovered the sugarbeets were ready NOW! At 6pm, with darkness setting in, we had no choice but to begin an emergency night harvest. More than 160 acres of sugarbeets needed to come out before the crop was lost. We pull out the root crop harvesters, root crop auger trailers and trucks, reduce the equipment back to realistic capacities, build 4 new root crop silos closer to the fields, and start our first ever night harvest on the Mega Farm. The first sugarbeet field gets harvested in this episode, but the second field still needs new AutoDrive routes and will continue in the next episode.
