Our Employment Headstart Program helps and encourages people with spinal cord injuries to get back to work when they feel ready. The ‘Back on Track with My Career’ Series details the journeys of eight people who have suffered a spinal cord injury and how they have found satisfying and fulfilling careers. For the past nine years, Johanna has taught kindergarten and grade one. She believes that working is as important to the quality of life as breathing.
