In this episode of the Cummins Limo build, we set out with a clear plan – finish assembling the rear differential, tackle the rust repair work, and start cutting out the rotten boot floor. But halfway through the progress, disaster struck. Our freshly painted engine completely locked up – I was convinced the build had just died before it even started. After tearing it apart to find the issue, I finally discovered the truth… it wasn’t the engine at all! Once the starter motor problem was fixed, we got it fired up again and wrapped up the episode by showing the welding work we managed to complete. This build has been a rollercoaster.
