In this episode, we strip the car back even further, clean and paint the 6BT engine, fit new parts, install a new rear differential with a better ratio, and begin repairing the torn chassis. Unfortunately, we quickly discover even more rust than expected… which means this rebuild is going to take longer (and be even more involved) than we planned.
