If you’ve ever wondered what it’s actually like to build your dream home and homestead from scratch on 18 acres of land in Canada… this is it. The raw, unglamorous, frustrating reality. This video was supposed to be a smooth finish to my master bathroom build. Instead, it became a battle against plumbing. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong, went wrong. I failed at almost every single plumbing task I attempted. From the shower faucet to the tub faucet, things broke, leaks happened, and I was constantly forced to stop, troubleshoot, and invent new solutions on the fly. I even managed to break the bathtub leg and the access panel. There were moments during this build where I didn't think I'd ever see the finish line. But after endless setbacks, broken parts, and a lot of sweat, I finally got it together. The bathtub functions, the plumbing is secure, and I finally got to enjoy the most hard-earned, beautiful bath of my life. Thank you guys so much for following along on this wild building journey.
