When his experiment goes wrong, a powerful bio-engineered clone is born—one that moves like Sonic, fights with ruthless instinct, and begins to question its own existence. As Chaos Emeralds scatter, alliances are tested, and Eggman’s creation turns against him, Sonic and his friends must confront a dark reflection that threatens to break free from its creator’s control and reshape the future.

Unfortunately, due to some tampering by Metal Sonic, some features of his were altered; the data from Shadow's fur got mixed in with Bio Sonic's eyes, thus making his whites black and his irises red. Now, Bio Sonic threatens Knuckles with the fight of his life while Eggman watches, cackling from behind his screen, shouting through his PA System. This would play similar to the Tails fight, but now with a focus on close combat and utilizing Knuckles' punching and brute strength.
