When his experiment goes wrong, a powerful bio-engineered clone is born—one that moves like Sonic, fights with ruthless instinct, and begins to question its own existence. As Chaos Emeralds scatter, alliances are tested, and Eggman’s creation turns against him, Sonic and his friends must confront a dark reflection that threatens to break free from its creator’s control and reshape the future.

As part of his new "inherited" empire, his other mechs are working against Eggman as per Bio Sonic's orders, including Metal Sonic, Mecha Sonic Mk.I and Mk.II, and of course, Silver Sonic. After the fight, Eggman flees, and Bio Sonic claims victory, using the rest of this time to power himself up with the red star ring. Begrudgingly, Eggman comes to Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, who have all been seeing the affects of Bio Sonic's virus spreading and corrupting all kinds of machinery and technology around them. They agree to set aside their differences just this once to clean up Eggman's mistake. With that, they set off for Eggman's base, now wrecked and in ruins, red clouds polluting the area bringing down lightning strikes.
