In this multipart series I explore the phenomenon of interpreting "Bible Prophecy" and why it has utterly disappointed its devotees and adherents through the ages--with a 100% rate of failure! We look at both the texts of the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament, but also the long history of interpretation and predictions of the end of the age, beginning with the Dead Sea Scroll group around 100 BCE, all the way down to our own time--which has proven to be a heyday of Prophetic Schemes and Predictions.

In this informal class I recently taught I delve into what I see as the "Five Great Themes" of the Hebrew Prophets. This class takes one beyond the two previous presentations I have done on "Bible Prophecy: The Perils of Predicting the End of the Age," already uploaded.
