Sooner or later, you will come across Juniper devices, and may find them to be quite different to what you’re used to. This series will build on the skill that you already have, to get you Juniper ready. It will also prepare you for the JNCIA-Junos exam, if that’s something that interests you. Occasionally we may have a lot of configuration to manage. Configuration groups simplify this, as they are reusable blocks of config (templates). These groups can then be applied wherever they are needed To display config applied in a group, remember to use the ‘display inheritance’ commands. Regex (regular expressions) can be used to take configuration groups to a new level.
