What I made for a ladies luncheon as a personal chef in Beverly Hills. gazpacho and salmon crudo with yuzu-sesame soy I forgot to add that the gazpacho also had toasted bread for texture and to thicken and a clove of garlic :) For the yuzu soy recipe 75 grams of low sodium soy sauce because thats what they prefer 25 grams of mirin 25 grams of rice vinegar 20 grams of yuzu 20 grams of sesame oil And 20-50 grams of sugar depending on how sweet you like it. #food #cooking #personalchef #privatechef #justahumblecook
