This weekend was one I’ll treasure forever. 🤍 My best friend Matt came to visit us in Marbella and after weeks of settling into our new life in Spain, it was exactly what I needed. As much as I love being a mum, it felt so good to take a little break from the school runs, cooking and everyday responsibilities and simply spend the day laughing with one of my favourite people. 🥹 Before heading out, I tackle a little laundry (because mum life never really switches off 😅), share a quick Zara fit check with some new pieces I’ve picked up recently, and then…it’s time to brave driving the Ford Mustang into Puerto Banús. 🙈😂 We spend the day wandering around El Corte Inglés, do a little shopping, stop for coffee at the prettiest little café, Rosa’s, explore what quickly became Matt’s favourite Spanish pharmacy 🤣, pick up a few little treats for the kids and soak up every minute together before heading home. That evening, the whole family goes out for a beautiful dinner together and it honestly couldn’t have been a more perfect end to such a lovely weekend. By the end of the vlog I’m feeling a little emotional because I know I’ll be taking Matt to the airport first thing the next morning.
