This vlog starts out as such a calm, ordinary weekend at home…and somehow ends with all six of us stranded on the rocks, being soaked by waves on our way to dinner. 😂🌊 I also chat about how much calmer and more regulated my nervous system has felt since moving to Spain, attempt to make feeding three dogs slightly easier, tackle the never-ending laundry and try to stay focused on finishing my final nutrition assignments before my mum and sister arrive. 🤍 Then we head out for what has become our weekly family dinner tradition - but after running late, attempting to walk along the beach and making one questionable decision after another, things just keep getting worse.
