The truth was he needed a heart donation, without it he will die soon. Knowing how slim his chances were, he was determined to hide this for Hankyung. Hankyung was a police officer who got shot during a hostage situation. He had long ago decided to be a heart donor, so when he went in a coma he wasnt going to wake up from, his father granted his wish. Against all odds his heart was planted in Siwon, but as soon as the latter woke up from the surgery past memories would start to flash before him, confusing him. ~~ NOTE ~~ This is a fanmade tribute for SiHan of SuperJunior.
