[Best viewed on small screen] So. This is not a technically complex edit, it doesn't even have any effects or any complex storylines going on. Despite the lack of technical challenges, it still was a difficult edit for me as I do far better with pining, angst, violence and sex scenes than I do with quiet emotions; however, I wanted to make an attempt at capturing the way Chief and Tian fell in love, the quiet moments that were filled with loud longing. Because in the end, Chief really gave everything he owned and had, didn't he? His jacket, his ring, his home and his heart. Perhaps ironically to the song lyrics, it's not in the things Chief said, but in everything he did, including letting Tian go for the sake of his future. I hope I did them justice with this simple edit :))
