Butter tofu. 🧈🍅🌶️ I’ve been vegan so long I have actually never ordered butter chicken at an Indian restaurant! The dish is so iconic I had to attempt my own plant-based version. I really wanted to do this dish justice, so I studied dozens of recipes and after countless attempts, this is the version I fell in love with! I always serve with homemade naan (see my last reel).
