Scalloped potatoes. 🥔 This is a throwback from last year. I’m not big on Thanksgiving foods in general but some form of potato and stuffing are a must for me. I like this recipe for its simplicity, but you can layer in some shredded cheese if you like, or top with some buttery herby panko crumbs for extra texture.
