Vegan tiramisu. ☕️🍰 One of my fave desserts and a must-have for Christmastime, in my book. 🎄 I shared a tiramisu recipe years ago, but I wanted to reformulate it so it could be made even by folks who don’t own a high-speed blender. This one uses store-bought vegan cream cheese in place of mascarpone. (Though you are welcome to make your own cream with raw cashews, the way I did in my original recipe!) I also made homemade ladyfingers but you can use Biscoff cookies for a super easy option, or use 2 layers of a vanilla cake. All the substitutions and plenty of details are in the blog post.
