Earlier this year I looked at the M4 Max Mac Studio and found some major roadblocks. Today, we are fixing them. This is Mac Gaming V2. There were three big things I needed to address: Software: We missed the CrossOver 26 launch by just one day. We are re-testing with the latest build to see those performance gains. Optimisation: Instead of "plug and play," we are diving into the specific settings and tweaks needed to make Windows games actually run smoothly. Storage: Gaming on a Mac eats internal storage fast. We’re testing the Orico X50 Thunderbolt 5 Compatible Enclosure to see if external speeds can truly match the internal SSD for a seamless library experience.
