He is a Name that a frightened child spoke aloud in The Wildwood, and he exists for exactly as long as somebody knows that he does. Every Ritual altar raised in his honour is a mouth that feeds him. Every Ritual completed carries him a little further. And the fight you had with him in the trees above Ogham cost him nothing at all, because you walked away holding the only thing he ever wanted from you.
