This was the last time he was ever seen alive. 4 months later, his body would be found in the Mississippi River. Originally, Chris' death was ruled “accidental”, however, in 2006, due to overwhelming evidence, his death was reclassified as a homicide. Even though the police have a suspect, the disappearance and murder of Chris Jenkins still remains officially unsolved -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapters: 0:00 Intro 0:59 Halloween Night 3:22 Witness Accounts 6:45 The Story Continues... 7:56 Jan & Steve Jenkin's Investigation 8:51 P.I Chuck Loesch 9:18 The Bloodhound 12:54 The Discovery 14:37 The Autopsy 19:24 Theory 1 22:07 Theory 2 24:47 Theory 3 25:23 The Smiley Face Murders Theory 31:51 Theory 4 (Jeramy Lynn Alford) 33:07 The Dealers of Death 38:36 Theory 5 39:42 Conclusion -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Further Reading: Charles (Chuck) Loesch's Notes: https://www.nbcnews.com/id/wbna38601514 The Housewife Did It (My favorite Podcast) https://the-housewife-did-it.square.site/uploads/b/d52b06e0-07cf-11ee-bc8a-65afc59ccab9/a074bbd0-1d2e-11ee-a4e4-fd9cc4dd4063.pdf Footprints at the River's Edge Blog: https://footprintsattheriversedge.blogspot.com/2008/10/dealers-of-death-gang.html Imgur: Dam images (WARNING: Sensitive Content) https://imgur.com/a/tree-horseshoe-dam-f36Bv Webslueths Thread: https://websleuths.com/threads/deaths-of-male-college-students-general-discussion-3.64382/page-6 MPR News https://www.mprnews.org/story/2006/11/20/jenkins MNDaily https://mndaily.com/245046/uncategorized/cause-chris-jenkins-death-still-mystery/ Jeramy Lynn Alford Offender Details: https://coms.doc.state.mn.us/publicviewer/OffenderDetails/Index/221429/Search Unsolved Mysteries Wiki: https://unsolvedmysteries.fandom.com/wiki/Chris_Jenkins True Crime Society Blog: https://truecrimesocietyblog.com/2021/11/22/christopher-jenkins-vanished-on-halloween-night-2002/ The Published Pen: https://thepublishedpen.com/christopher-chris-jenkins-murder-2002/ Reddit Thread written by ForrestOfIllusion https://www.reddit.com/r/UnresolvedMysteries/comments/17kuffq/the_mysterious_disappearance_and_subsequent_death/ Reddit Thread written by LetsRead_YouTube https://www.reddit.com/r/LetsReadOfficial/comments/de9d5b/halloween_story_7/ Reddit Thread written by TroyEsc https://www.reddit.com/r/UnresolvedMysteries/comments/5dfvij/the_mysterious_death_of_christopher_jenkins/ Smiley Face Murder Theory https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smiley_face_murder_theory GHB After Death, Science Direct https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S037842740200019X -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Video Credits: Lacrosse Game, Run And Scrimmage.
