In this one I draw a front view face from a blank page and show you the three lines I put down before anything else: the brow line, the nose line and the chin line. Once those are in, the ears, the nose, the mouth and the hair all have a place to go, and the eyes come last on purpose. You'll see how the head starts as a simple ball, how the side gets cut off, and how the proportions stay right without measuring every little thing.
