You have to have something to say. Learn the topic well, from as many different sources as possible. Keep notes on future topics related to your big interests. Talk about it with others. Get real life experience with topic. Write like talking to an intelligent friend. Be yourself. Tell jokes. Make it like a Cathedral; add whatever feels right, seems fun. Get to the point quickly. Try to make it great. If you don't think you're up to that, then keep studying the topic until you are. People are busy & will not dawdle with a boring, low yield book. Simplify your life. Do not waste any time. As soon as you wake up, sit in a chair, and start writing. Only write if the book needs to be written. Eg. there's already great books on hypertension pathophysiology and coronary artery disease treatment with nutrition, so I wouldn't write an entire book on just that. Read during your free time, and listen to audiobooks when in the car. Always be accumulating more knowledge. Eventually you will want it for a future conversation, video, or book.
