Why? Well, the Engineering is also converted at a 2:1 ratio to Melee Damage, so you are meant to use 6 weapons to deal with the low attack speed, but that also means you can't stack Engineering that easily since the weapons fight against each other for who gets the kills. But...what if, despite the insane attack speed nerf, we still go for attack speed? Note: not all mods are always active/used, but it gets annoying to constantly adjust the list.
