Its first issue was one of the best single issues of the year. However as the series progressed it was revealed to be an ineloquent and preachy nonthink piece. Despite spending four issues as a depository for junk food activism there was still enough interesting pieces in place that Infinite Loop could have stuck the landing. Does the series salvage itself in its final issue? Or does Infinite Loop become the biggest bust of the year? Archie is one of the longest running and most successful comic book properties in history….and AJ doesn’t care. At least he didn’t until Mark Waid and Fiona Staples got their hands on the book. What can two of comic book’s best creators do with one of the mediums biggest icons? The Mantle is one of the best kept secrets in comics. With the end of its first arch this promising title experiences its first bought of growing pains. AJ explains why there is still hope for the fledgling series. Captain America White is the latest product of the comic book power combo of Jeph Loeb and Time Sale. Does this series live up to the standard set by books like Spider-Man Blue, Batman the Long Halloween and Superman for All Seasons?
