New material by Whisper of Runes was recorded throughout 2025 in the secret space known as “Kvásir’s Cauldron”. This is where the magic of our music is forged. All instruments except violin were recorded by Alexey; vocals by Alexey and Ekaterina. The lyrics were created by the unparalleled Gorruth, now known as Sorcerer Baron de Bellême, exclusively for our project. Where birds sing of South, And where North is forever young. Above seas of earthly partings Believe: radiance of runes does not fade. Beneath shards of planets — May, And my land is blooming there. Above ruins of all dreams — know this: Love will smile upon us. Let one day night draw near, And let my voice fall silent for all time. You will hear how night itself sings — It means I have overcome death. Though I become only lines in books, I will return to guard you still. I will speak of worlds unseen, Of premonition of new meetings. There again birds sing of South, And our North is forever young. Above seas of earthly partings We remain forever in radiance of runes. Beneath shards of fate — May, Yet my land is blooming there. Above ruins of all dreams — know this: Love is smiling upon us. Militant.Zone / Heretic.
