This video reveals how a decades-long history of poor oversight and dangerous flying ultimately led to the crash of Crossair flight 3597 on November 24th, 2001. The Swiss jet involved was a 6-year old Avro RJ100. The Final Report and other publicly-available sources were used to piece together the causes of this incident, both immediate and distal.
