It’s been a very busy and productive month in our new garden and in this video I show you everything I did in April to begin transforming it. When tackling a new garden, it pays to get started on an area that's always on show so I begin with redesigning a feature bed you can see from the rear of the house. Then it's time to start pruning fruit trees to encourage fruiting in the summer and shrub roses to encourage flowering. My next project is to start redesigning the patio area , adding planters to turn it into a garden room. And finally it's time to get started in the veg garden where there are raised beds to prepare, seeds to sow and new potatoes to plant.
