In today's video, we did some grocery store dumpster diving, to find some produce to make a dish out of! At the dumpsters, we found oranges, bell peppers, apples, avocados, and exactly what we were looking for - zucchini! Then, we got back home to wash and process the produce. We juiced the oranges and got two full bottles of orange juice. Later, we started to make our dish. We made zucchini fritters, and they turned out great.
