In today's video, we did some grocery store dumpster diving. We were on the hunt for oranges and bell peppers, so we could try our new citrus juicer, and make some stuffed peppers. It only took two Aldi dumpsters to have a huge produce haul, and we found everything we needed for our recipe. We got back home to clean and process all of the produce, as well as test out our juicer, which gave us two huge bottles of orange juice and a full jar of lemon juice. Then, we walked through the process of making our dinner, then donated a ton of the produce to the free pantry.
