(This run uses a 28 sub Rappa) With Rappa S1/E1 Fugue it becomes 3x easier for obvious reasons and removes a lot of RNG. It's also possible to use a ERR rope instead of BE rope on Rappa to avoid the hit RNG on the second wave, but you'd need some pretty good subs to compensate for it because then you can have trouble passing the DPS check on the first wave.
