Didn't expect this to be possible without Global Passive. At first, I considered making my team tanky enough to survive the guillotine, but after testing, I realized it would be extremely unlikely such a run would be possible, so I began looking for alternate strategies, and I wondered if it would be possible to delay its guillotine attack by killing its first phase slightly late, without losing out on too much toughness damage. After some optimization, I managed to set it up so that Cyrene gets the kill on Phase 1 after Therta leaves it at 1%, and there's the run. And for obvious reasons, using Tribbie for this boss is just worse because you'll have a much harder time breaking. This does not mean that Cyrene is now BiS for Therta, in 90% of scenarios, this team is suboptimal and you should not seriously consider using it for general play.
