She's been really having it rough in comparison to Anaxa, she's just too reliant on the environment being favorable for her and she has a lack of actual good supports. I mean, she basically has a whole dead slot while Tribbie's amp can be described as mediocre at best without E1, and is a... HP scaler for some reason? This rotation took me about 3 hours to come up with, then another hour optimizing. My build may look pretty unrelatable but you can still 0-cycle with 35-33 subs if you optimize the rot a bit to frontload more damage into W1, since I literally overkill by a whole ult+eskill in W2. 3 Cost is also possible (and I believe done already by someone by the time I'm uploading this), but looks like this really is the last dance for her.
