Super Mario 64 is the first time where we got to see a lot of the classic Mario level tropes finally brought into 3D! Big Boo’s Haunt acted as the very first Mario Ghost House level in 3D, and I always thought it did a pretty good job of being creepy. However, besides that, I didn’t really have many strong opinions on it. So today, I thought it would be fun to reflect back on Big Boo’s Haunt and its stars to see where it might belong on the Mario 64’s Level By Level tier list!
