::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Released in 1996, Comfort y Música Para Volar represents one of the most unique moments in the history of Soda Stereo and Latin American rock. The album grew out of the session the band recorded for MTV Unplugged in Miami, but it became much more than a traditional acoustic performance. Soda Stereo decided to do things their own way. Instead of following the show's traditional format, the band incorporated electric instruments, new arrangements, and a much more experimental atmosphere, transforming songs such as En la Ciudad de la Furia, Un Misil en Mi Placard, Entre Caníbales, Té Para Tres, and Ella Usó Mi Cabeza Como Un Revólver. One of the most memorable details of the session is the appearance of Andrea Echeverri on En la Ciudad de la Furia, while Té Para Tres incorporates a fragment of Cementerio Club by Luis Alberto Spinetta. The production achieves something particularly special: it preserves Soda Stereo's electric identity while introducing strings, keyboards, acoustic guitars, and new spaces within the songs. One interesting fact is that the original 1996 album did not include all 13 songs performed that night: only seven came from the Unplugged session, while the remaining four were studio recordings that had been left off Sueño Stereo. It was not until 2007 that a new edition brought together the complete songs from that session. #SodaStereo #ComfortYMúsicaParaVolar #VinylCommunity #NowSpinning #VinylRecords #LatinRock #Audiophile #ListeningSession #TechnicsSL1200 #Vinyl1954
