I put the new rock hammer from Coastal Equipment to the test in this video, pitting it against some of the worst rock there is. Metamorphic schist, gneiss, and quartz. It turns out to be a brutal job. Lots of problems with the hammer, the excavator, hoses, fittings, you name it. Even tough steel shies away from this stuff. This turns out to be a real test of patience, and a display of just how stubborn I can get sometimes...
