This dynamometer is going to be pivotal in the development of the hydro system, so that I can measure power output, water efficiency, electrical efficiency, and really know what the system is doing. But it continues to wobble too much in spite of all my efforts so far. So I take it on again, machining a new shaft which requires a new design of the brake disc holder. That doesn't work either, so I redesign the whole setup only to find that it greatly reduced the wobble but added a whole other complication. It never ends!
