Start the Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean Thruster with two dumbbells in each hand, feet shoulder-width apart, lower into a bend position, once the dumbbells pass the knees, jump and pull into extension. Then pull under the dumbbells landing in a front squat position. From here drive out of the hole to full stand with the dumbbells in a full locked out position overhead.
