Medieval City of Rhodes is a UNESCO World Heritage Site: "The Order of St John of Jerusalem occupied Rhodes from 1309 to 1523 and set about transforming the city into a stronghold. It subsequently came under Turkish and Italian rule. With the Palace of the Grand Masters, the Great Hospital and the Street of the Knights, the Upper Town is one of the most beautiful urban ensembles of the Gothic period. In the Lower Town, Gothic architecture coexists with mosques, public baths and other buildings dating from the Ottoman period." 00:00 Lindos 03:51 Anthony Quinn Bay 04:26 Feraklos Castle 05:51 Panagia Ipseni Monastery 06:12 Prasonisi Peninsula 07:30 Skiadi Monastery 07:54 Castle of Monolithos 08:45 Moni Thari Monastery 09:31 Jacob's Canyon 09:52 Kritinia Castle 10:54 Valley of the Butterflies 11:29 Filerimos Monastery 12:00 Ancient Kamiros 13:00 Medieval City of Rhodes Recorded in 4K Ultra HD with Sony AX700 and DJI Pocket 2.
