The IRC Worm Fagot.a is supposed to affect computers running Windows 2000 and XP, in which it deletes critical system files, changes the homepage to gay porn, spams itself to an IRC channel and changes the default username to COCK_SUCKING_FAGGOT. However, under Windows 95 and 98 systems, the virus does something I was not expecting. It runs its routines and displays the fake error message, however, instead of critically damaging the operating system, it just messes it up. It prompts the user for their information at startup, and asks for the CD Key again (which I did my best to avoid showing, although you may be able to catch a glimpse of it). After this, it cannot find some hardware drivers, and I ended up getting the Blue Screen of Death. Very odd.
