Here I attempt to explain the motivations of the three presidents guiding their actions on the eve of the Summit meeting in Alaska. Did Trump abruptly change his course? Or did he mean a deal with Putin all along? Why would Putin agree to a deal when his armies are winning on the battlefield? What are the chances of Zelensky's survival in the conditions of peace? These are some of the questions considered here.
