Also the Russian Ministry of defense published a list of companies delivering military hardware to Ukraine with an explicit threat to target those companies. What are the implications and consequences. Dr. Brovkin is an American historian of Russia, now retired, a former Professor of Soviet History at Harvard University, he is the author of numerous books on Russian History and politics.
