BETTY DESERVES A NIGHT OUT 😂 The teenage love triangle is officially complete. For Part 17 of our Journey to the Eras, Rick and Robert finally hear James’ side of the story with Taylor Swift’s “betty” from folklore. After previously reacting to “cardigan” and “august,” the guys now have all three perspectives and they have A LOT to say about James, Betty, and the choices that got everyone here. Recorded just minutes after our “august” reaction, we kick things off with some housekeeping, millennial nonsense, and a little discussion about how Taylor has completely spoiled us with all of her different album variants. Then, around the 9-minute mark, we finally dive into “betty.” And immediately, the guys start connecting the dots.
