Surface cleaner to the rescue! This was a great little project for my surface cleaner as you can see. This smooth concrete turned almost black over the years with a layer of moss/mildew. Very slippery when wet. This client normally would have it cleaned every year but after his wife had passed away it took a few years to get organized and schedule this work. After the pressure washing the post treatment really helped brighten up the concrete and also removed some heavy mildew stains.
