The PlayStation 3 Store is entering its final year and if you plan on buying digital games from there, now is the time to start. While the U.S. PS3 Store is currently scheduled to remain open until July 2027, some Latin American and Middle Eastern regions are closing as early as August 2026, making this the perfect time to preserve your digital collection. This PS3 Store shutdown guide begins with a step-by-step walkthrough of how to add funds to your PlayStation wallet, since credit cards no longer work directly on the PS3 Store. From there, we cover the best games still available on the U.S. PlayStation Store, including rare expensive PS1 and PS2 Classics, hard to find PS3 exclusives, PS3 digital-only games, essential DLC that will be lost forever, and PSP & PS Vita titles you might want to consider due to the prices for the physicals. Every game in this guide was verified directly on the U.S. PS3 Store while making this video, so you won't waste time searching for delisted or region-exclusive titles. I actually started researching this project back in 2021 when Sony first announced the PS3 Store closure, and I've continued updating it to make this the most complete and accurate buying guide possible. If you're wondering what to buy before the PS3 Store shuts down, this guide is for you ❤️ Check out our other channels and socials: Scarole & Rumble youtube.com/@ScaroleRumble?sub_confirmation=1 Rumble Remix youtube.com/@RumbleRemix?sub_confirmation=1 Follow Rumble and I on Instagram! https://www.instagram.com/scarolerumble/ Follow Rumble and I on TikTok! https://www.tiktok.com/@scarolerumble If you enjoyed the video, don’t forget to hit the Like button since it helps me reach even more gamers out there!
