This lecture covers the second book Lewis published in the Narnia Chronicles, which eventually became the fourth in the series. It's 1400 years later, and Lewis uses the lag in time to discuss the relation between the subcreated world of Narnia has been suppressed by the world of adults. I explain the correspondences between this fictional relationship and Lewis's own observations about how Christianity has been opposed by the establishment of his day.
