These are my narrated rounds from Wednesday Open Mat, and this is Part 1 of the session. In this video, I roll with Sam, a very technical, experienced, grappler who always provides a fun and challenging exchange. I also train with John, a 22-year-old white belt who just competed in his first tournament last weekend. He's extremely athletic, in great shape, and improving quickly. The final round is with Paul, another newer white belt who has been featured on the channel before. It's always interesting to watch his progress and break down the techniques and decisions made during the roll.
