Video I made earlier this year of what the central heating system in this apartment building sounds like most of the day and night when people use it. It's pretty much this bad half of the time, the rest of the time it's a less frequent ticking, but constantly there. Suffice it to say that it's been driving me nearly insane during colder days, requiring me to wear headphones/earplugs to block out the noise so that I can work and sleep. Supposedly it cannot be fixed, which is why I'm still on the lookout for a new place in this city.
