In a world where strength is licensed and weakness is legally disposable, Ren wakes up as Specimen Nine — a 21cm Magikarp with a chipped dorsal scale and a defect index of 0.03. Marked for the cull tank. Unable to speak. Unable to evolve. Ever. But Ren was a professional loser in his old life, and something has been watching. The Ledger doesn't reward winning. It records defeat — and pays out a permanent ability for every genuine loss. The bigger the power gap, the worse the beating, the stranger the method… the better the reward. There's just one problem. Every ability replays its own defeat when he uses it. Power has a pain tax. And the Ledger isn't a gift — it's an installment plan on someone else's debt. With a revoked-license trainer named Mira Kaide, her half-jawed Sharpedo, and an heiress who invented the defect index hunting them both, Ren begins climbing the loss ladder — losing upward, losing differently, losing on purpose — toward the one thing that's been collecting from the world since before the registry existed #manhwarecap #animerecap #weaktostrong #isekai #lightnovel #webtoon #magikarp #pokemon #systemanime #levelingsystem #cheatskill #opmc #underdog #reincarnation #animestory #fullrecap #manhwa #anime #storyrecap #animeedit
